Objective To investigate the clinil efficy and safety of patients with unstable angina by steady heart pellet and trimetazidine*Methods The clinil data of one hundred and sixteen patients with unstable angina who were treated in our hpital from May 2009 to May 2012 were collected,then the patients were divided into control group (58 ses) and observation group (58 ses)*Patients in the control group was given trimetazidine,patients in the observation group was given steady heart pellet and trimetazidine,other measures for two groups were the same,the clinil efficy of each group was evaluated after fourteen days treatment*Results The total efficient rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group (96*55% vs 82*76%,P0*05),and there were no signifint differences between the two groups(P0*05)*Conclusion The efficy of patients with unstable angina by steady heart pellet and trimetazidine is safe and reliable,it is worthy of clinil applition*
